Southern Utah Women’s Retreat Details

When: September 26-29, 2024

Who: Women 21+ years who crave adventure and unique experiences in epic destinations and want to make new friends with similar hobbies. All participants should be prepared to hike approximately 5 miles per day. *Please note this trip is limited to 12 women*

What: A packed itinerary including morning yoga, canyoneering, off-roading, hiking, and more. Accommodations and most meals included.

Cost: Early bird pricing will be live until July 30th – $950. Beginning July 31st, the price increases to $1050. This includes accommodations, most meals, and excursions. Travel to and from Southern Utah is not included. Payment plans are available.

Trip Itinerary (weather permitting)

• Day 1 (September 26) – Arrivals, check into accommodations, dinner, relaxing & meet everyone at the pool
• Day 2 (September 27) – Guided hike with morning yoga, afternoon off-roading adventure to a Utah “hidden gem”
• Day 3 (September 28) – Morning optional content creation workshop, afternoon canyoneering in slot canyon
• Day 4 (September 29) – Group hike and departures

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel within the first 14 days of registering, you will receive a 100% refund minus any processing fees. After that there will be no refunds for cancellations including illness. However, if any unforeseen circumstances arise and the trip is cancelled, you will either receive a refund or we will reschedule for a future trip in 2025.

Additionally, there will be no refunds 30 days prior to departure of the trip even if you register within that timeframe. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance before the trip in case the need to cancel arises you can be reimbursed by your travel insurance company.

• When is the cutoff date to sign up? Registration will close September 1 or whenever there are 12 women signed up. We encourage you to sign up ASAP if you are interested since spots are limited.
• Is there a payment plan or do we have to pay in full? You can pay just the deposit ($500) or the full amount initially. The remainder of your trip fee is due by August 31. If it is not received by September 1, your trip will be cancelled.
• What meals are covered? All breakfasts and dinners are covered. Lunches are covered except for 1. Please let us know of all dietary restrictions in the pre-trip survey.
• What are the sleeping arrangements for the trip? We have a gorgeous home booked for the trip. Rooms will be double occupancy in King bedrooms and possibly 3 per room for the bunk rooms. 4 single occupancy supplement options are available.
